Planning...

PLANNING....

A ordinary mundane word... but one which is far from mundane since we spend so much time in our limited life on earth planning...

So, I want to talk a bit about planning:

RENO, NAVADA...
From July 2005 until January 2006, I'll be on sabbatical. That's six month of leisure, writing, reading and doing all the things I can't while at work.

On July 26th, I leave for Reno, Navada, to attend my first Romance Writers of American conference. I get to attend for the first time ... and as a published author.
EMBRACE THE MOONLIGHT...
After planning what I thought would be the most wonderful story, my second book was just not going well. Fortunately, I got an extension and Embrace the Moonlight is finally the story I'd envisioned in my mind. I'm totally enjoying creating Lianne and Mason's story and already anticipating writing the third brother's story.
Maybe, it was bad planning...
WHAT I'M READING:
Roxanne Rustand send me her upcoming Superromance, ALMOST A FAMILY, the first book in her Blackberry Hill Memorial series (August 2005)
JUST FINISHED:
Donna Hill - GETTING HERS - St. Martin's Press - B+
Adrianne Byrd - DEADLY DOUBLE - Harper Torch - (B+)
WHAT I PLAN TO READ NEXT:
Sandra K. Moore - THE ORCHID HUNTER - Silhouette Bombshell
Ok, back to writing...

Congrats on getting published... now all you have to do is to avoid the constant bitching that goes on, oh and try to avoid having the romance v erotic romance debate... nobody ever wins that one... (g)
